The first step is to obtain a GP Referral from your doctor. The Referral from your GP will need to be in both yours and your partners names.

Once you have this you’ll need to book an appointment. Dr DeAmbrosis is one of the few practitioners who has available appointments from 6am for existing patients before your working day begins. Your first appointment however will take at least one hour and may not be before 7.30am so you may need to make arrangements to go into work a little later on that day.

During this first visit Dr DeAmbrosis will:
- take a detailed medical history;
- perform a medical examination of the couple;
- perform an ultrasound of the pelvis;
- organise any medical testing required including a semen analysis.

He will then discuss options for treatment relative to each couple’s needs.
